Amends Rule 3.11 of the Ethics Commission Rules to modify financial disclosure requirements for Oklahoma legislators.

Requires legislators to disclose the total amount, hours worked, and general nature of income from sources related to politics, public relations, communications, consulting, or government at any level, except where confidentiality is legally required or attorney-client privilege applies.

Requires disclosure of all agencies providing salary or compensation of $5,000 or more annually to the filer or their spouse or dependents.

Requires listing of entities providing other income of $5,000 or more, securities holdings of $5,000 or more, business relationships with registered lobbyists, positions held in entities doing business with agencies, and contracts with agencies.

Effective January 1, 2016.
