Summary of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 395

• Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 2-300 to modify the definition of "Member" in the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System.

• Deletes reference to "investigators of the Board of Dentistry" from the list of eligible member positions, leaving only "inspectors of the Board of Pharmacy" in subsection 6(7).

• Maintains all other member eligibility categories including Oklahoma Highway Patrol officers, State Bureau of Investigation personnel, park rangers, and various other law enforcement and security positions.

• Declared an emergency measure to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
