Authorizes the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to take possession of, store, and dispose of abandoned and stolen personal property.

Requires the Department to maintain permanent records identifying the acquisition date, circumstances, location where property was found, and detailed descriptions of each item.

Permits sale of perishable property without notice after reasonable attempts to locate the owner fail, with proceeds held in a segregated account for 6 months before being deposited in the State Department of Agriculture Evidence and Law Enforcement Fund.

Allows disposal of non-perishable abandoned or stolen property by public or private auction after 6 months, with notice published once weekly for 2 successive weeks at least 20 days before the sale.

Effective date: November 1, 2015.
