Amends 69 O.S. Section 1600.1 to exempt United States Armed Forces members, law enforcement and firefighters fallen in duty, and Medal of Honor recipients (living and deceased) from the 3-year deceased requirement for highway naming.

Designates the intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and U.S. Highway 81 in Jefferson County and 7 miles east on U.S. Highway 70 as "Representative W.D. 'Bill' Bradley Memorial Highway" with permanent markers required.

Designates a section of State Highway 9 in Norman from 120th Avenue SE to 84th Avenue SE as "Sgt. Daniel M. Eshbaugh Memorial Highway" with permanent markers required.

Designates a section of U.S. Highway 81 in Jefferson County from U.S. Highway 70 extending north and northeast to Addington municipal limits as "Command Sergeant Major Benny G. Adkins Highway" with permanent markers required.

Designates a section of State Highway 97 in Sapulpa from State Highway 33 to State Highway 166 as "Captain George Green Memorial Highway" with permanent markers required; effective July 1, 2015.
