Amends 30 O.S. 2011, Section 3-110 to modify notice requirements in adult guardianship proceedings for incapacitated or partially incapacitated persons.

Expands notice recipients to include the subject of the proceeding, spouse, attorney, adult children, parents, siblings, and adult children of deceased siblings or grandchildren.

Requires personal service on the subject of the proceeding at least 10 days before the hearing by attorney, sheriff, or licensed process server.

Requires mailed notice by regular first-class mail at least 10 days before the hearing to other entitled persons, with service by court clerk, deputy clerk, or petitioner's attorney.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
