Limits liability for persons with current motor vehicle insurance at required minimum limits who volunteer to transport senior citizens to medical, dental, or health service appointments, pharmacies, or other health care activities to the amount of their insurance policy.

Exempts volunteers from the liability cap if they commit gross negligence or willful or wanton conduct while providing such transportation.

Codifies the provision as Section 33.1 of Title 76 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
