Amends 28 O.S. 2011, Section 152 to allow counties to assess an additional fee of up to $10.00 per case for courthouse security upon approval by the board of county commissioners.

The additional courthouse security fee is to be credited to the Sheriff's Service Fee Account in the county where the action arose for enhancing existing or providing additional courthouse security.

The fee applies to civil cases in district courts, including divorce, probate, guardianship, adoption, and civil actions, among other case types.

Existing fees collected for other purposes (Law Library Fund, Oklahoma Court Information System, court-appointed special advocates, and Judicial Complaints Fund) remain unchanged.

The act became effective November 1, 2015.
