Amends 41 O.S. 2011, Section 111 to regulate termination of tenancies in Oklahoma, establishing notice requirements that vary by tenancy type.

Month-to-month or tenancy-at-will agreements require 30 days' written notice from either party before termination becomes effective.

Tenancies less than month-to-month require only 7 days' written notice from either party before termination becomes effective.

Establishes service methods for termination notices, including personal service, service to family members over age 12, posting at dwelling unit with certified mail, or certified mail to landlord if personal service unavailable.

Clarifies that guests of tenants or homeowners are not granted any tenancy rights, and the act becomes effective November 1, 2015.
