Amends Oklahoma Statutes Section 1-1751 to establish minimum license fee schedules for hearing aid providers set by the State Board of Health, including temporary permit application ($15), examination ($35), license renewal ($50), renewal within 30-day grace period ($75), and renewal after expiration ($100).

Requires applicants for examinations to pay the full cost of examinations, re-examinations, and background checks related to licensing and certification.

Any changes to the fee schedule must be submitted to the Legislature for approval or rejection under the Administrative Procedures Act.

Effective date of November 1, 2015.
