Requires public utilities regulated by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to provide residential and commercial customers with a written AMI product disclosure and obtain signed customer acceptance before installing advanced metering infrastructure.

Disclosure must include a list of possible customer benefits from AMI meters and a privacy statement detailing the amount and type of data collected and parties with whom data may be shared.

Disclosure must include known biological effects of low-frequency radio-frequency radiation and electromagnetic fields as documented in the BioInitiative 2012 Report.

Disclosure must contain the statement: "In some instances AMI meters have overheated and ignited."

Utilities must provide existing customers with previously installed AMI meters a copy of the disclosure upon written request.
