Amends 10A O.S. 2011, Section 1-7-107 regarding sibling placement in foster care, requiring reasonable attempts to place sibling groups in the same home with the best interests of each child as the standard.

Requires the Department of Human Services to submit an annual report beginning January 1, 2016 to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House describing the number of households containing a child adopted through the Department and at least one foster child who are siblings.

Permits the Department to include recommendations in the report on methods to encourage kinship placement in Oklahoma.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
