Creates Oklahoma Statutes Section 6060.21 of Title 36 to define terms related to opioid analgesic drugs and health plan coverage.

Defines "opioid analgesic drug product" as drugs in the opioid class prescribed to treat moderate to severe pain, in either immediate release or extended release/long-acting forms.

Defines "abuse-deterrent opioid analgesic drug product" as brand or generic opioid products approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration with labeling claims indicating meaningful reduction in abuse.

Defines "cost sharing" as coverage limits, copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket expenses, and "health plan" by reference to existing Oklahoma law.

Effective date: November 1, 2015.
