Agricultural education programs are designed for junior high and high school students in grades eight through twelve and must be provided by comprehensive school districts.

Technology center school districts are prohibited from operating agricultural education programs or FFA chapters in any location.

Each student enrolled in an agricultural education program shall participate in a supervised agricultural experience project.

Local school districts shall provide transportation services for all agricultural education program and FFA program-related duties and activities.

The act becomes effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency declaration for immediate implementation.
