Deletes the requirement for nursing facilities and specialized facilities without emergency power generators or written disaster plans to disclose this lack to residents or caregivers upon admittance.

Requires all nursing facilities in Oklahoma to have emergency power generators available on-site, reserved exclusively for the emergency electric system and sized appropriately for each facility.

Requires nursing facilities, assisted living centers, residential care homes, and specialized facilities to maintain an emergency evacuation plan coordinated with and filed at the local emergency management agency and the State Department of Health.

Authorizes the State Board of Health to promulgate rules necessary to implement these provisions, including requirements for disclosure and enforcement.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
