Amends Oklahoma statutes of limitations for civil actions by establishing varying time periods based on action type, ranging from 1 to 5 years after cause of action accrues.

Sets 2-year limitation for actions based on childhood sexual abuse, exploitation, or incest, with tolling until victim reaches age 18 or 5 years after perpetrator's release from custody, whichever is later; requires objective verifiable evidence including psychological repression proof and corroborating evidence.

Establishes 20-year maximum limitation for intentional conduct actions based on criminal actions against incarcerated or supervised offenders, commencing within 5 years of perpetrator's release or at any time during incarceration.

Limits inmate actions against the State of Oklahoma, state contractors, or political subdivisions to 1 year after cause of action accrues, including claims for earned credit revocation and injury to rights.

Adds 1-year limitation for actions challenging constitutionality of legislative acts pursuant to Oklahoma Constitution Article V, Section 57; becomes effective November 1, 2015.
