• Creates the Lupus Awareness Revolving Fund in the State Treasury for the State Department of Health as a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations.

• Fund consists of all monies received by the Department from state or federal grants and other donations.

• Authorizes the Department to budget and expend fund monies for conducting symposiums related to lupus awareness.

• Expenditures from the fund require warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.

• Effective date: November 1, 2015.
