Amends Oklahoma law to extend stopping requirements for buses owned and operated by nonprofit charitable organizations, not just church buses, when displaying red loading signals.

Requires all school buses and church buses to be equipped with alternately flashing red lights visible at 500 feet that display to the front and rear at the same level.

Mandates school buses display amber signal lamps at least 100 feet but not more than 500 feet before stopping, in addition to required red lights.

Requires "SCHOOL BUS" signs on front and rear in letters at least 8 inches tall for school buses and "CHURCH BUS" signs for church buses, located between warning signal lights.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015, and authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt supplemental lighting and warning device standards consistent with federal motor vehicle safety standards.
