Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-1947 to modify the Long-Term Care Security Act regarding criminal history background checks for employees in long-term care facilities.

Removes the requirement that employees hired provisionally (before background check completion) be subject to direct on-site supervision during the 60-day provisional employment period.

Maintains all other background check requirements, including registry screening, criminal history records checks, and disqualification criteria for individuals with certain criminal convictions or substantiated findings of abuse or neglect.

Effective November 1, 2015.
