Department of Human Services must conduct at least one unannounced investigation and examination per year to all licensed child care facilities in Oklahoma.

State Department of Health may visit facilities at Department request to advise on health matters and inspect sanitation of buildings used for child care.

State Fire Marshal may visit facilities at Department request to advise on safety matters and inspect building conditions used for child care.

Upon complaint receipt alleging licensing violations, Department must conduct full investigation and document findings as either substantiated or unsubstantiated on the first page of the investigation report.

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
