Amends 19 O.S. 2011, Sections 215.34 and 215.35C regarding assistant district attorney compensation effective July 1, 2015.

Establishes experience-based salary schedule for full-time assistant district attorneys hired, promoted, or reclassified after July 1, 2015, ranging from 50% (less than 2 years experience) to 90% (over 9 years experience) of the district attorney's salary.

Allows designated first assistants with over 3 years of experience to receive up to 95% of the district attorney's salary as an exception to the general schedule.

Sets prorated salary limits for part-time assistants at 40% (less than 1 year experience) to 50% (more than 1 year experience) of the pay scale limits based on actual hours worked.

Declares an emergency provision allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
