Amends Rules 5.6, 5.7, and 5.8 of the Oklahoma Ethics Commission rules governing gifts and meals provided by lobbyists to state officials and employees.

Reduces the annual limit for lobbyist principals providing gifts to the Governor, legislators, or their employees from unlimited to $100.00 per calendar year, regardless of the number of lobbyists representing the principal.

Reduces meal spending limits for legislative liaisons and lobbyists: from $500.00 to $100.00 annually per individual for those representing one principal, and maintains $200.00 annually for those representing multiple principals.

Reduces the maximum value of gifts made for personal occasions (marriage, illness, birth, adoption, retirement) from $200.00 to $100.00 per individual recipient per calendar year, with gifts and meals combined not to exceed $100.00 or $200.00 depending on the number of principals represented.

Effective date: January 1, 2016.
