Amends Oklahoma Statutes Section 360.20 regarding jurisdictional agreements between campus police departments and local law enforcement agencies.

Requires all public institutions within the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education that have established campus police departments to enter into mutual aid agreements with county sheriff departments to investigate sexual assault and violent crimes.

Mandates campus police officers notify the county sheriff department upon observing, receiving reports of, or gaining knowledge of sexual assault or violent crimes; the sheriff department shall then conduct the investigation with campus police assistance.

Requires all employees of Oklahoma State System of Higher Education institutions who observe, receive information about, or have knowledge of sexual assault or violent crimes involving students to notify the county sheriff department serving the area where the institution is located.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2015.
