Grand River Dam Authority is exempt from the Oklahoma Open Records Act exclusively for customer proprietary information the Authority is contractually obligated to keep confidential and security plans and procedures as a federally regulated electric utility.

Grand River Dam Authority Board of Directors may hold closed-door meetings under the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act to confer on coal or gas fuel supply and transportation contracts, power purchase agreements, and security plans and procedures as a federally regulated electric utility.

Grand River Dam Authority is exempt from the Public Building Construction and Planning Act.

The act became effective November 1, 2015.
