Changes license term from one year to two years beginning January 1, 2016, with corresponding fee increases for all license categories and renewals.

Doubles most license fees across used motor vehicle dealers, salespersons, manufactured home dealers, installers, and manufacturers (e.g., used motor vehicle dealer from $300 to $600, salesperson from $25 to $50).

Deletes buyer identification cards (B.I.D.) from automotive dismantler and parts recycler licensing requirements and references throughout the statute.

Requires salvage pools and disposal sales to remit $2.00 per vehicle transaction to the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission, with payments due monthly within 30 days of the calculation period.

Effective November 1, 2015.
