Amends Oklahoma Statutes Title 74, Section 150.7, regarding powers and duties of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Director.

Authorizes commissioned personnel assigned to the Investigative Services Division to receive an annual expense allowance not to exceed $1,500 per fiscal year for purchasing, maintaining, replacing, and cleaning business professional clothing, business casual clothing, range uniforms, crime scene uniforms, related footwear, and accessories.

Requires personnel receiving the expense allowance to submit receipts to the Investigative Services Division Director to verify eligible purchases as defined by Bureau policy.

Takes effect November 1, 2015.
