Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 5-502 to regulate wildlife trapping in Oklahoma, permitting only box traps, smooth-jawed offset leg-hold steel traps with maximum 8-inch jaw spread, and enclosed trigger traps.

Requires traps to be tended once every 24 hours and bear the owner's name or identification, except on the owner's property.

Mandates posting of signs to the right and left of all entrances from public roads and highways and at corners of perimeter fences when smooth-jawed double-spring offset traps are used on public lands.

Exempts State Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services Division and United States Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services employees from trapping restrictions when engaged in wildlife management for agricultural or safety purposes, but requires them to post signs complying with federal requirements.

Establishes criminal penalties of $25 to $200 fine for violations of trapping provisions; effective November 1, 2015.
