• Modifies the apportionment of motor vehicle fees, taxes, and penalties collected under the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act effective July 1, 2015.

• Reduces the General Revenue Fund allocation from 24.84% to 22.94% for fiscal year 2014 and subsequent years.

• Reduces the State Transportation Fund allocation from 24.84% to 22.94% for fiscal year 2014 and subsequent years.
