Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 945 to require the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to redact all health information from autopsy reports before releasing them to media outlets and persons without a demonstrable family relation to the deceased.

Limits information available to media and non-family members to only the deceased's name and cause of death.

Maintains full and complete autopsy reports available to district attorneys and law enforcement officers conducting criminal investigations related to the death.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
