Narrows the exemption for state employees under the Social Worker's Licensing Act by clarifying that persons licensed by the Board of Licensed Social Workers must comply with licensing requirements regardless of their employment status.

Requires licensed social workers to post their license in a conspicuous place where services are rendered and make information about reporting unethical or illegal practices available to the public.

Clarifies language throughout the Social Worker's Licensing Act by replacing references to "this act" with "the Social Worker's Licensing Act" for consistency.

Maintains existing disciplinary grounds for license suspension or revocation, including unprofessional conduct, practicing outside scope, felony convictions, fraud, and failure to comply with treatment agreements for impaired licensees.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
