Amends 43A O.S. 2011, Section 3-417.1 to remove references to "treatment facilities" while retaining provisions for transitional living centers and halfway houses.

Maintains the 1,000-foot distance prohibition between transitional living centers or halfway houses and public or private elementary or secondary schools, measured from nearest property line to nearest property line.

Preserves the provision that schools established after a facility begins operation do not bar continued use of the facility, as long as it remains in continuous use.

Exempts transitional living centers and halfway houses established prior to May 20, 1994 from the distance requirement provisions.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
