Amends 40 O.S. 2011, Section 61 to allow public schools to disclose current or former employee job performance information to another public school that is a prospective employer without the employee's consent.

Employers are presumed to act in good faith when disclosing employee job performance information and receive civil immunity unless the disclosed information is proven false and the employer knew of the falsity or acted with malice or reckless disregard for the truth.

Extends the good faith disclosure provision to state agencies and their employees, agents, or representatives who are authorized to provide job performance information.

Effective date is July 1, 2015, with emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
