Creates Oklahoma Statutes Section 11-907 of Title 47 making it unlawful for a person to smoke in a motor vehicle when a person under 18 years of age is present, whether the vehicle is in motion or at rest.

Defines "smoke" to include carrying or holding any lighted pipe, cigar, cigarette, or other lighted smoking equipment, or lighting, inhaling, or exhaling smoke from such devices.

Violation carries a fine of $100.00 with no motor vehicle points, automobile insurance points, or surcharges assessed.

Law enforcement officers may only enforce this section if the officer has already stopped and detained the driver for a separate traffic violation or other offense.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval as an emergency measure.
