Establishes a 2-year statute of limitations for actions against health care providers for professional negligence, performance of services without consent, or error or omission in health care practice, beginning from the act complained of or last treatment for continuous care.

Creates an exception for foreign objects not discovered within the 2-year period, allowing actions to commence within 1 year of discovery or discovery of facts that would reasonably lead to discovery, with an absolute 4-year cap from the original act or omission.

Excludes chemical compounds, fixation devices, and prosthetic aids or devices intentionally implanted as part of health care services from the definition of "foreign objects."

Applies a special provision for minors under 8 years old at time of injury, allowing them 2 years from when they turn 10 years old to file suit, with no extension beyond 4 years after reaching age 10.

Repeals 76 O.S. 2011, Section 18 and becomes effective November 1, 2015.
