• Applicants must affirmatively attest to the truthfulness of information provided and consent to use of their driver license or identification card signature for voter registration purposes, with the digital signature included on approved applications.

• Electronically submitted applications are processed the same as mail applications, with immediate electronic confirmation of receipt and applicant notification of approval or rejection with reasons.

• Effective date: November 1, 2015.
