Amends 22 O.S. 2011, Section 1014 to establish lethal injection as the primary method of execution, administered by a licensed physician until death is pronounced.

Establishes nitrogen hypoxia as the alternative method if lethal injection is held unconstitutional or becomes unavailable.

Establishes electrocution as the backup method if both lethal injection and nitrogen hypoxia are held unconstitutional or become unavailable.

Establishes firing squad as the final fallback method if lethal injection, nitrogen hypoxia, and electrocution are all held unconstitutional or become unavailable.

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
