Amends the State Architectural and Registered Interior Designers Act to require architects for construction, additions, or alterations of buildings with specific code use groups exceeding 50 occupants or more than 2 stories in height.

Requires architects for Code Use Groups I (Institutional), R-2 (residential dormitories/fraternities/sororities/monasteries), A-1 (assembly/theaters), A-4 (assembly/arenas/courts), and A-5 (assembly/bleachers/grandstands).

Exempts from architect requirements: buildings with 2 or fewer stories and occupancy limits for Groups A-2, A-3, and E; up to 64 transient units for Group R1; up to 100,000 square feet for Group B; up to 200,000 square feet for Group M; and Groups U, F, H, S, R2 (32 units), R3, and R4.

Exempts uninhabitable agricultural buildings, one- and two-family dwellings, townhouses (3 or fewer units), and government buildings valued under $158,000.

Effective November 1, 2015, with code use groups defined by the current International Building Code and codes adopted by Oklahoma's Uniform Building Code Commission.
