• Authorizes the Construction Industries Board to establish and regulate a new poultry house contractor license category for contractors performing wiring solely for environmentally controlled poultry house systems.

• Sets licensing fees at $300.00 for initial annual license and $200.00 for renewal; licenses expire one year from issuance and are nontransferable.

• Prohibits the Board from conducting electrical code inspections or issuing citations for poultry house premise wiring systems; exempts broiler houses from National Electric Code wiring requirements.

• Requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, provide proof of liability insurance ($500,000 minimum), workers' compensation coverage, lawful U.S. presence, and disclose any felony convictions.

• Board may suspend licenses for failure to maintain required insurance, workers' compensation coverage, or comply with the Electrical License Act; gives Electrical Hearing Board authority to revoke licenses for violations.
