Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 840-5.24 to exempt the State Election Board from the Merit System of Personnel Administration

Exempts eight specific positions from Merit System requirements: Secretary of the State Election Board, Assistant Secretary, Support Services Division Director, Election Services Division Director, Information Services Division Director, one Election Technology Coordinator, one Public Information Officer, and one Administrative Assistant

Requires all other offices, positions, and personnel at the State Election Board to remain classified and subject to Merit System provisions and rules

Salaries and job family allocations for Merit System positions shall be determined in accordance with Section 840-4.2

Supersedes and repeals any executive orders previously issued under the Oklahoma Personnel Act that placed the State Election Board or its predecessors under the Merit System
