Council on Judicial Complaints authorized to provide funding for state, municipal, and administrative judges to attend professional and educational programs, schools, or conferences.

Funding purpose is to improve the quality of the Oklahoma Judiciary and improve administration of justice in the state.

Council may contract or partner with public or private entities to fund and participate in developing, implementing, and conducting professional and educational programs for judges.

New law codified as Section 1651.1 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
