Designates March 11, 2015, as "Water Appreciation Day" at the Oklahoma State Capitol to recognize the importance of water resources to Oklahoma.

Acknowledges Oklahoma's significant water resources: 1,400 square miles of water in lakes and ponds, 320 million acre-feet stored in major aquifers, and 167,000 miles of rivers and streams.

References House Bill 3055 (Water For 2060 Act) passed in 2012, which made Oklahoma the first state to establish a statewide goal of consuming no more fresh water in 2060 than in 2012 while preserving population growth and economic development.

Notes the Oklahoma Water Resources Board's Financial Assistance Programs have exceeded $3 billion in approved loans and grants, resulting in over $1 billion in savings to Oklahoma communities since 1983.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for dissemination to state environmental agencies and organizations participating in the Water Appreciation Day event.
