OK SJR10

Directs the Secretary of State to refer a proposed amendment to Section 26 of Article 5 of the Oklahoma Constitution to voters for approval or rejection.

Removes the requirement for the Legislature to meet in regular session on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January of each odd-numbered year for organizational purposes and duties prescribed in Section 5 of Article 6.

Retains the requirement for the Legislature to meet in regular session at noon on the first Monday in February of each year and adjourn by 5 p.m. on the last Friday in May of each year.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to immediately file one copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General after passage.
