Disapproves 34 State Board of Education rules codified in the Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC 210:15-3-90 through 210:15-3-104.4) as not reflecting legislative intent.

Returns the disapproved rules to the State Board of Education with instructions to comply with Section 11-103.6a of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the State Board of Education.

Exercises the Legislature's reserved right under Section 11-103.6a-1 of Title 70 to review subject matter standards adopted by the State Board of Education.
