OK SJR32

Directs the Secretary of State to refer a proposed amendment to Section 4 of Article VII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution to voters for approval or rejection.

Requires Senate confirmation of judicial appointments, with the appointment to be certified by the Secretary of State and confirmed by the Senate.

Allows the Judicial Nominating Commission to provide an advisory rating of "qualified" or "not qualified" to the Governor for each nomination within 90 days of receiving the Governor's submission of potential nominees.

If the Governor fails to appoint a nominee within 60 days, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall appoint one of the nominees, subject to Senate confirmation.

Permits the Governor to call the Senate into special session no more than once per year to advise and consent on judicial appointments when the Senate is not in regular session.
