OK SJR5

Directs the Secretary of State to refer to voters the question of calling a Constitutional Convention pursuant to Section 2 of Article XXIV of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Authorizes the Constitutional Convention to propose alterations, revisions, or amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution or to propose an entirely new Constitution for the state.

Establishes the ballot title asking voters: "Shall the Legislature call a Constitutional Convention which shall be authorized to propose alterations, revisions or amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution or to propose a new Constitution for the State of Oklahoma?"

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file one copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General immediately after passage.
