Secretary of State shall refer to Oklahoma voters the question of calling a Constitutional Convention pursuant to Section 2 of Article XXIV of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Constitutional Convention would be authorized to propose alterations, revisions, or amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution or to propose an entirely new Constitution for the state.

Ballot title asks: "Shall the Legislature call a Constitutional Convention which shall be authorized to propose alterations, revisions or amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution or to propose a new Constitution for the State of Oklahoma?"

President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall file one copy of the resolution and ballot title with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General immediately after passage.
