Congratulates Alexandria (Lexie) Lerblance, a McAlester High School junior, for being named one of Oklahoma's top two youth volunteers of 2015 in the 20th Annual Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.

Commends her co-founded nonprofit organization that has donated nearly $20,000 worth of wigs and head coverings to 150 cancer patients in an eight-county region of Southeastern Oklahoma over four years.

Recognizes that she started the nonprofit after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and struggled to find affordable wigs, establishing a wig closet in partnership with a local hospital and beauty school.

Notes that as a State Honoree, Lerblance will receive $1,000, an engraved silver medallion, and an all-expense-paid four-day trip to Washington, D.C. in May for national recognition events.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be distributed to Alexandria Lerblance.
