Congratulates Mike Kubicek on his retirement as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Peanut Commission.

Commends Kubicek's 43-year career promoting Oklahoma agriculture, including positions as a 4-H Agent, Extension Director, Oklahoma Farm Bureau Special Agent, and Executive Director of the Oklahoma Wheat Commission.

Acknowledges that Kubicek served 22 years as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Peanut Commission, appointed on May 12, 1993, following his father Jim who was the commission's inaugural Chairman appointed by Governor Henry Bellmon in 1965.

Notes the Oklahoma Peanut Commission celebrated its 50th Anniversary on March 26th during Kubicek's tenure.
