Designates May 10-16, 2015, as Police Week in Oklahoma to honor law enforcement officers statewide and nationwide.

Recognizes approximately 900,000 law enforcement officers serving across the United States and the dedicated members of Oklahoma's law enforcement community.

Acknowledges that nearly 60,000 assaults against law enforcement officers are reported annually, resulting in approximately 16,000 injuries, and that over 20,000 law enforcement officers have been killed in the line of duty since 1791.

Honors 488 Oklahoma law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty, with 11 new names being added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in spring 2015 (3 killed in 2014 and 8 killed in previous years).

Recognizes May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and acknowledges the 27th Annual Candlelight Vigil on May 13, 2015, to honor fallen officers and their families.
