Oklahoma State Senate congratulates Perry High School Marching Band for winning 2A State Champions at the Oklahoma Bandmaster's Association State Marching Band Competition on October 11, 2014.

Perry High School's Maroon Band competed against 21 other bands from across the state in Moore.

Band earned top awards in Outstanding Music, General Effect, and Visual Performance categories with a show featuring selections from "The Wizard of Oz," "The Wiz," and "Wicked."

Resolution directs distribution of a copy to Band Directors Mark Henderson and Andrew Houghton and Principal Les Justus.
