Extends the termination date of the State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Board consists of 9 members appointed by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision: 3 members from the general public, 4 licensed perfusionists, and 2 physicians board-certified in cardiovascular surgery.

Licensed perfusionist members must have at least 5 years of experience in perfusion services and maintain valid Oklahoma licenses; initial members must hold Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credentials from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.

Subsequent board appointments are for 5-year terms with a limit of 3 consecutive terms; initial appointments staggered for 1-3 years so one term expires annually.

Members may be removed for lacking required qualifications, violating the Licensed Perfusionists Act, inability to serve due to illness or disability, or excessive absences from board meetings.
